Yes, everything is done remotely. Your home usually counts as a second home (registration, often a change-of-use permit): we check your case on the first call (not legal advice). Our plans in France.

My home is in Tunisia and I live abroad?

Yes: we already work in La Marsa, remotely. Everything is on our Airbnb management in Tunisia page.

How is my income paid out?

Directly by Airbnb or Booking.com, according to your settings with them. Your rent never passes through us: our commission is invoiced separately.

Who takes care of local regulations?

Every country and city has its own rules, and they change. We point you in the right direction, but compliance remains your responsibility.

How much could my home earn abroad?

No automatic estimates outside France: markets vary too much. Your study starts from your address.

Can I stop whenever I like?

Yes, with no notice period. Bookings already confirmed are honoured until they end.
